We accept payment by bank deposit, debit or credit card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, LayBuy, Zip, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Standard delivery takes 3-4 working days, depending on location. Please allow up to 2 working days for processing and handling. Pre-orders are made-to-order and can take up to 4-6 weeks to ship.

While we inspect all items with care prior to shipping, in the unlikely event that a product is faulty, send us details of the fault along with pictures and we can arrange a return and replacement. If you have changed your mind, you can return the item in unused, resaleable condition for store credit to the same value of your purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can process the return. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom designs. However, we highly recommend The Happy Cat Tree House for all your custom design needs.

Our Enriched Home™ range is made from uncoated 100% premium European birch that is durable, safe and non-toxic, without harmful formaldehyde emissions (E0 rating, which is comparable to sawn timber). Unlike standard plywood or MDF which can include toxic chemicals, pine which can be harmful to cats, and eucalyptus which is toxic to rabbits, our European birch offers a safe and sustainable alternative.

Our Enriched Home™ range is made from 100% premium European birch, which complies with internationally-recognised FFCS and PEFC systems to ensure that the forests and forest ecosystems are being used and managed sustainably.

The Enriched Home™ range is a flat-packed design and all products include illustrative step-by-step instructions to guide you with assembly. While the range is intended for tool-free assembly, some may prefer to use a mallet. For our Auckland-based customers, we also offer a special pre-assembled service (incl. delivery) option at checkout.

You can customise and paint products from the Enriched Home™ range using a non-toxic, water-based paint, such as the Dulux Aquanamel range.

As our Enriched Home™ products are uncoated, they are not water-resistant and therefore intended for indoor use. However, they are made from 100% premium European birch, which is a very durable hardwood, so our uncoated products can be used on occasion in dry weather conditions outdoors. To increase the durability and add water-resistance to your Enriched Home™ products, we recommend a natural, non-toxic finish, such as the Osmo Polyx®-Oil (interior) or the Osmo UV Protection Oil Clear (exterior).
