Standard delivery takes 3-4 working days. Please allow up to 2 working days for processing and handling. Products from the Enriched Home™ range are made-to-order and listed as pre-order only. Pre-orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to ship.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase or in the unlikely event that a product is damaged/faulty, you can return your order to us. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We can offer a replacement or store credit to the same value.

Absolutely! Our Enriched Home™ range is made from uncoated 100% premium European birch that is durable, safe and non-toxic, with no harmful formaldehyde emissions.

Deliveries should arrive within 3-4 working days from dispatch. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. While we do our best to pack and dispatch your orders as soon as possible, please allow up to 2 working days for processing and handling. 

For our Hawkes's Bay-based customers, we offer a special local-delivery service when purchasing from our Enriched Home™ range. This service includes both pre-assembly and delivery (within 20km radius of Napier), and can be selected at the checkout.
